    What is the refund policy?

    The process of securing everything for these trips starts as soon as people start to place deposits. The payment plans allow travelers a more convenient way to pay for our trips and allows us to source the correct amount of inventory along the way. For this reason we cannot be flexible with refunds on any payments aside from the initial deposit.

    • Any cancellation within 90 days of the event WILL NOT be refunded unless the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of the booking
    • Although we cannot be flexible when it comes to refunds on most payments, we do have alternative options including transferring your trip to another traveler or issuing credit towards a future trip

    Payment Plans

    Requests to cancel made within 30 days or before the 1st scheduled payment date, whichever comes last, are eligible for a full refund (This only applies for your initial deposit payment)

    Requests to cancel must be made in writing before the scheduled automatic payment is withdrawn. Requests made after the payment are not eligible for refund

    Any payments made prior to the cancellation request are 100% non-refundable (Unless it's the initial deposit mentioned above)

    Cancelled bookings cannot be refunded within 90 days of the trip date

    Paid in Full Orders:

    If you paid in full upon booking, full refunds will be granted for cancellation requests made within 30 days of the booking
